Event Bid Guidelines and Questionnaires
EVENT BIDDING
All of World Boxing’s member National Federations are welcome to bid to host events, and decisions on the timing and location of these are subject to clear procedures that are designed to provide certainty to boxers, coaches and National Federations and enable them to plan and prepare for tournaments with the confidence that they will happen at the time and location when they are scheduled to take place. Timelines and processes for bidding for events are transparent with fixed deadlines and decisions on hosting and timing are made in the interests of boxers. Once events have been allocated and dates confirmed, World Boxing has processes in-place to ensure that these cannot be amended.
