World Boxing now has 182 member National Federations.

These National Federations are made-up of ‘Full Members’; ‘Associate Member’ and ‘Endorsed Members’.

Those with ‘Full Member’ status are eligible to vote in World Boxing’s next annual Congress in 2026. ‘Endorsed Members’ will have their full membership applications voted on at the next Congress, having been recommended by the Executive Board. ‘Associate Member’ status is eligible to participate in Congress but not have a vote.

Following an amendment to World Boxing’s Statutes, which was agreed at its second Congress in Colorado Springs, USA, on 3 November 2024, World Boxing operates a “One Country, One Vote” policy whereby each National Federation is entitled to a single, equal vote on all matters that come before Congress for consideration.
