WHISTLEBLOWING

WHISTLEBLOWING

World Boxing is committed to protecting the sport of boxing against threats to its integrity such as corruption, manipulation of competition, doping or other unethical behaviours and recognises that the boxing community plays a core role in fighting these threats.

To support the boxing community in ensuring that potential wrongdoing is eliminated, World Boxing has put in place a series of processes to facilitate “whistleblowing” and support individuals that choose to become “whistleblowers”.

Details of World Boxing’s “whistleblower” policy and ways in which individuals can report instances of wrong doing are included in this document:

Whistleblower Policy and report form 2025

“Whistleblowers” are able to report potential breaches of World Boxing Statutes, Codes, Regulations and Rules by using the following email address: ethics@worldboxing.org. This email is monitored by World Boxing Ethics Chief.  Issues can also be raised via the International Olympic Committee’s (IOC) Integrity and Compliance Hotline which can accessed here – https://ioc.integrityline.org.

Anti-doping related reporting must be done via the International Testing Agency’s (ITA) REVEAL platform. REVEAL is a centralised and highly secure confidential platform where you can share information about doping suspicion in a completely anonymous and secure manner – managed independently by the ITA.

REVEAL includes the ability to provide information about doping in sport via WhatsApp and via secure email. Every piece of information is important in the fight for clean sport and through REVEAL you can support the investigation of anti-doping rule violations or criminal behaviour.
